Roland's Dirt Work isn't a big outfit with a fancy office and a dispatcher who never digs. It's me, Roland Leal — one operator, one phone, and I'm usually the one in the seat when the bucket hits the dirt.

I got into this work the same way a lot of good operators do: helping neighbors, fixing drainage that never drained right, and learning that the difference between a mess and a finished job is patience and pride. Every site gets treated like it was my own property.

When you call, I'm the one who answers. You'll get a clear plan and a fair number from someone who's honest and shows up on time - No surprises.

Whether it's a driveway, a site pad, site clearing, or general excavation work, the goal is simple: leave your place better than I found it, and leave you glad you called.
